Ⅰ.Introduction

1、 Card Name:International Luxury Membership Card

2、 Point Scope & Conversion rate

① Room:

E-booking guests, groups, long-stay guests and special rates room guests can not earn the points.

Conversion rate: 1 RMB = 1 point

② Food & Beverage

Wedding&birthday banquet guests, conference banquet guests and special rates banquet

guests can not earn the points.

Conversion rate: 3 RMB = 1 point

③ Conference

The conference guests has enjoyed other privileges can not earn the points.

Conversion rate: 6 RMB = 1 point

Calculation period for the accumulation of the points: 24 months

Member accounts failing to use or generate points within 24 months are considered inactive. The point credits of inactive member accounts will be erased automatically at the end of the 24th month. International Luxury Members responding to the message before deletion of their points may request the preservation of their credit for consumption/use (check-in) within the next 3-6 months.

3、The Member Service Center (Tel: 0511-85021888-3030) is responsible for the replacement, points rewarding and recharging of the membership card.

Ⅱ.Members Regulation

1、Zhenjiang International Hotel has the right to decide qualification of International Luxury Member of Zhenjiang International Hotel, category of preferential treatment and service content for them according to the actual situation.

2. All of preferential treatment items, services, articles and detailed rules in the International Luxury Membership Plan are only applicable for Zhenjiang International Hotel.

3. The articles and detailed rules for International Luxury Members of Zhenjiang International Hotel shall be in conformity with relevant laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China.

4. If any International Luxury Member or applicant is in breach of laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China, the membership or qualification of applicant will be revoked.

5. This plan is open ended. If Zhenjiang International Hotel decides to terminate the plan, it may declare to terminate the services for International Luxury Members with or without prior written notice. International Luxury Members may continue to enjoy preferential treatments and services of the plan within six months after the International Luxury Plan’s declared termination.

6. Zhenjiang International Hotel has the right to supplement, modify, alter or cancel any or all articles, detailed rules, or service programs, on its own discretion, with or without prior notice.

7. The International Luxury membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 old (individuals who have been accepted as guests of Zhenjiang International Hotel and have accepted the relevant detailed rules and conditions of the Plan). Enterprises, corporations, organizations or other entities are not eligible for membership.

8. The membership of International Luxury Plan is not transferable.

9. International Luxury Plan points belong to the member who generated the credit. Points are not transferable.

10. Points may only convert into services or benefits other than any currency equivalents. For points not converted after the termination of the plan or automatic cancellation of membership, the hotel will not be liable for any form of compensation.

11.The guest room charge of an International Luxury Member occurred in Zhenjiang International Hotel may be converted into his points at the conversion rate RMB 1 = 1 point, food & beverage charge at the conversion rate RMB 3 = 1 point and conference charge at the conversion rate RMB 6 = 1 point.

12. Once the points are converted, the corresponding points will be deducted from the account of this member.

13. A member can use his points to exchange accommodation in this hotel, provided that reservation is made and confirmed by this hotel. If a member withdraws his reservation of guest room before deadline, his points will not be deducted. However, if a member fails to cancel his reservation of accommodation before the deadline for reservation,and he has not used the reservation (empty room), or he cancels to convert reservation for accommodation after the deadline for reservation, the points equal to room booking for first night will be deducted from his member account.

14. For any and all disputes relating to points, Zhenjiang International Hotel has the final discretion.

15. Guests having been granted membership according to the articles and detailed rules of International Luxury Plan may enjoy any preferential treatment and service of International Luxury Plan after check-in at Zhenjiang International Hotel.

16. To benefit from the International Luxury Plan of Zhenjiang International Hotel, members must indicate their membership and disclose the card number at the time of the room reservation, and produce the International Luxury Card during check-in procedures.

17. While Zhenjiang International Hotel strives to ensure that all International Luxury Members can enjoy all benefits of the plan, Zhenjiang International Hotel is not be liable to compensate members if any plan benefits are unavailable for any reason.

18. Zhenjiang International Hotel has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with the articles / detailed rulesor the original purpose of this plan. Zhenjiang International Hotel also has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with local regulations and rules. Any member, if his membership is terminated, will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service stated in this plan.

19. If any member has not performed check-in at Zhenjiang International Hotel within 24 consecutive months, Zhenjiang International Hotel will not reserve his membership again and he will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service of International Luxury Plan.

20. If the partners of International Luxury Plan change or terminate the plan, Zhenjiang International Hotel will not be liable for relevant obligations.

21. Any and all conditions or rules of the International Luxury Plan shall not indicate or imply, or shall not be construed as any intent of business partnership, agency or association between Zhenjiang International Hotel and any partner.

22. Zhenjiang International Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to International Luxury Plan.

Ⅲ.Detailed Rules

Preferential Treatments and Service Items

1. Prior to enjoying preferential treatment and services of the International Luxury Plan, members must have consumption in room and food & beverage as outlined in the detailed rules.

2. To benefit from the International Luxury Plan of Zhenjiang International Hotel, members must indicate their membership and disclose the card number at the time of the room or banquet reservation, and produce the International Luxury Member Card during check-in procedures.

3. While Zhenjiang International Hotel strives to ensure that all International Luxury Members can enjoy all benefits of the plan, Zhenjiang International Hotel is not be liable to compensate members if any plan benefits are unavailable for any reason.

4. Zhenjiang International Hotel may at any time supplement or cancel any or all benefit of the International Luxury Plan with or without prior written notice.

5. Guests checking into Zhenjiang International Hotel more than once can join the International Luxury Plan to become Card Members. Once Card Membership is granted, new members receive a credit of 1000 points. Consequently, guests after any check-in can earn points.

6. To maintain membership, Card Members shall add at least one point within 24 consecutive months to their account.

7. All the benefits could only be enjoyed by the owner individual.

Ⅳ.Personal Information

1. All members of the International Luxury Plan agree that Zhenjiang International Hotel may use their personal information for internal marketing purposes. Members also agree to the subsequent handling personal information/data.

2. The applicant’s signature on the International Luxury Member Registration Form indicates the applicant’s/member’s authorization that Zhenjiang International Hotel may use or disclose personal information to partners and/or for special promotion efforts.

Ⅶ.The International Luxury Member Benefit & Discount Rewards

Special offers

1、The minimum top up amount is RMB 5000. For the rewards, please inquiry the Assistant Manager.

2、The recharge amount is valid for one month. Member may top up the card one time to restore his membership.

3、The invoices must be issued when the members finish topping up the membership card but not after the follow-up consumption.

4、The membership card can not be used in rental site.

5、Please keep your private code properly. If International Luxury Card is lost, please call AM Department to report the card loss.
